Can I Ship To A Different Address Than My Billing Address?

Unless purchasing an item that must be shipped to an FFL, we only ship to the billing address listed on the card you use to pay for your order. This is to prevent fraudulent activity and protect our customers.

How Fast Will My Order Ship?

Depending on when you place your order, we ship same or next business day.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, due to export regulations, we are only able to ship within the United States.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

When Will You Have Sig Sauer Lower Parts In Stock?

Lower parts kits are in stock! We are also selling them in nickel!

When Will You Have A Certain Sig Sauer Slide In Stock?

We plan on making our own slides in 2022, and at that point, we will have various models and calibers of slides available.

Is The Ruger Jig Project Ever Coming Back?

Yes! The Ruger project is nearing production and will start shipping in the Fall of 2023. We know many of you have waited for a long time and we are very excited to have these kits in stock.

Do You Have A Certain Product That’s Out Of Stock Laying Around Somewhere?

Sadly no, we keep our inventory on our website updated nearly every day with what we currently have in stock.

Orders and Returns

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

Please email us at support [at] matrixprecisionparts [dot] com and we will help you with any cancelations or modifications as long as your order has not shipped yet.

Why Has My Order Not Shipped Yet?

Occasionally we have delays with our production, particularly for our Sig Lower Parts Kits. Other than a preorder parts kit, if it has been more than a week, please contact us so that we can make sure everything is ok with your order.

Can I Return A Product?

Yes, as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been used, we are able to take returns and give you a refund. Please mail it back to us with your order number and we will process your refund when we receive it. Refunds will be minus any fees we incur for payment processing and/or shipping related to your transactions.
